MassDOT Issues the 2020 Edition of Standard Specifications for Highways and Bridges 2/5/2020

The 2020 Edition of the MassDOT Highway Division Standard Specifications for Highways and Bridges supersedes and replaces all previous editions of the Standard Specifications. In addition, MassDOT recently updated standard workbooks to reflect changes initiated under Engineering Directive E-20-001, including the PDDG Checklist and Submission Distribution Workbook and the Standardized Scope of Services and Workhour Estimate forms found here https://www.mass.gov/lists/massdot-highway-contract-and-invoicing-tools.
