​Important MBE/WBE Affirmative Marketing Program Changes on Applicable Municipal and State Public Building Projects

  • Massachusetts State and Municipal Procurement Officials;
  • Owners Project Managers on Massachusetts public building projects;
  • Architects, Engineers and other Design Professionals providing services on Massachusetts public building projects;
  • General Contractors, Construction Managers, Subcontractors and Suppliers providing services on Massachusetts public building projects; and
  • Others providing services to or otherwise involved in Massachusetts public building projects.

Important MBE/WBE Affirmative Marketing Program changes effective July 1, 2020 on applicable Municipal and State Public Building projects.

Effective July 1, 2020, DCAMM will both raise and split MBE and WBE participation goals. These changes will be posted on the Central Register Wednesday, June 24.

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) and the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) are excited to share these new changes for the Affirmative Marketing Program that will go into effect on July 1, 2020
