The Risk Management Forum addresses the ongoing risk management needs of ACEC/MA member firms and provides recommended solutions. In this forum discussion is conducted on such topics as negotiation of owner contracts, peer review and quality control to provide better engineering outcomes, implications of new technologies and delivery methods and staff education regarding emerging risk trends.
The Risk Management Forum has two co-chairs who lead the monthly meetings. The co-chairs also develop the meeting agendas with input from the forum members during and between meetings. All members are volunteer representatives from ACEC/MA member firms. The forum meetings are also open to participants from any ACEC/MA Member Firms.
The Risk Management Forum meets quarterly, either virtually, in-person, or both. Dates and locations of forum meetings are listed under the ACEC/MA calendar.
