ACEC/MA's Human Resources Forum brings together Human Resources staff from member firms as well as representatives from member firms without dedicated Human Resources staff in regular meetings to discuss and share best practices in all areas of Human Resources, including benefits & compensation, recruiting, training and development, employment and legal issues. Forum members share experiences and data with each other through regular polls and surveys.
Structure
ACEC/MA's Human Resources Forum co-chairs lead Forum meetings. Agendas for meetings are developed by the co-chairs with input from the forum members during and between meetings. All forum members are volunteer representatives from ACEC/MA member firms. Additional participants from member firms are always welcome.
The ACEC/MA Human Resources Forum typically meets quarterly by Zoom or Teams. The Forum may schedule a hybrid meeting at a member firm. Forum meetings are listed on the ACEC/MA web calendar.
