PM Roundtables: The unique forum for professional development by project managers for project managers!
A firm’s revenue flows through the hands of a project manager! Thus, PMs are on the front lines of quality delivery and client satisfaction. To be successful, every project manager must seek continuous skill development and deep perspectives. The most dynamic approach to learning is from our peers, mentors, and especially from our mistakes! That is the focus of PM Roundtables.
This February 14 PM Roundtable is about Scope Creep.
It occurs when the project requirements change or increase beyond what was expected. Since project conditions change as the job progresses, anticipating scope creep and managing it effectively are crucial for achieving a successful project outcome.
In this session:
PM Roundtables are for practicing project managers., regardless of your experience level. As the discussions unfold, you will be both mentor and mentee to the other attendees.
