ACEC/MA IS Forum
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
We will hold our regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday (not Wednesday), February 21 from 12:00 PM to 1:30PM at GZA (Location has also changed from Nitsch Engineering this month to GZA).
Lunch will be served at 11:30 AM so please let us know if you are attending in person so that we can have an accurate lunch count or if you are attending by Zoom.
Main Topic: Large-scale data management and governance
Location: GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., 249 Vanderbilt Ave, Norwood, MA 02062
Speaker: Kim Crider, former CIO and most recently Chief Data Officer (CDO) for the US Air Force.
Given Kim’s recent and ongoing experience with both private industry and the US Air Force, the discussion should be very enlightening as effective data management provides a real opportunity to leverage data that we collect, manage and use on behalf of our businesses, clients and missions.
