Our ACEC/MA HR Forum and some of our members have identified some issues related to having out of state employees during COVID and beyond. Some firms have reported that employees have moved to other states to live while seeking to continue to work remotely over the long term. They realize that this remote work, especially in other states, presents legal, accounting and tax, and management challenges for firms.
Join us on August 19 at 9 – 10:30 AM, as the ACEC/MA HR Forum will be discussing Remote Work: Issues and Considerations for Employers on Zoom
