Please join us for the ACEC/MA HR Forum on February 8 at 2:30 PM as we focus on Retirement Savings & Student Loan Repayment
Student debt has outpaced the rate of inflation and caused many people to put off major life events.
43 million borrowers collectively owe around $1.6 trillion in student debt and an estimated 56% of Americans between 18 and 29 are putting off saving for retirement which means they are missing out on employer contributions to their retirement savings AND the benefit of compounding that will grow their savings over time.
Student debt repayment programs top the list of benefit “must haves” for college graduates.
Join us as we discuss the issues and learn about an option for firms to help their employees. This ACEC/MA HR Forum is open to all employees of ACEC/MA Member Firms, even if they are located in another state.
