As a follow-up to our December 2020 HR Forum on Massachusetts Paid Family & Medical Leave, which became effective on January 1, 2021, we have asked Andrew Godfried from Risk Strategies to answer real world questions on the act.
Andrew will simplify and summarize MA PFML, focusing on providing specific practical details on how it is different (or similar) from Short-Term Disability or Paid Leave, and how the different types of leave interact.
To make sure this Forum address all your questions on PFML, please send your questions in advance to our ACEC/MA HR Forum Co-Chairs Lisa Dolan, SPHR,SHRM-SCP and Leila Cahillane. Andrew will also answer live questions at the end of the presentation.
