Crisis Management in Challenging Times: This interactive, multi-media webinar is focused on helping attendees Plan, Practice and Progress their organization’s crisis management response capability. We will explore the structures and management disciplines that enable a thoughtful and timely response when your company’s reputation and marketplace position are in jeopardy.
About our Presenters:
Ben Lemek is a CNA Risk Control Consulting Director with over 20 years’ of experience in providing risk control assessments to underwriting and consulting services for large accounts in the New England, upstate New York and New Jersey areas. Ben partners with CNA’s insured clients to help identify solutions for their safety and risk management concerns and also provides training classes for a variety of topics, such as construction hazards, crisis management, fleet safety, and CNA’s Motion is Money service.
Jack Holt serves as the Consulting Director for Business Resilience for the CNA Risk Control group. He provides expertise and resources to clients to reduce their business interruption exposures and prepare to effectively respond to business disruptions. Jack also provides underwriting, with resilience program assessments for complex risks. Prior to joining CNA in 2019, Jack developed IT systems and recovery capability for 13 years, followed by 22 years at a global pharmaceutical company where he directed global risk management programs for Crisis Management and Business Continuity.
