ACEC/MA DEI Forum
Topic: Discussion about firms’ DEI plans for 2022
Thank you to those who participated in our recent Diversity Profile. The data we collected from the 34 firms will enable us to provide our engineering and land surveying business community some baseline information about diversity in our organizations. This information will help us to focus DEI efforts, STEM Outreach efforts, and our advocacy program. It also will enable us to respond to the increasing number of requests for DEI benchmarking in contracting vehicles from various agencies.
Please join us at our 1/20/22 ACEC/MA DEI Forum, where we will review the survey results. We will only report data in the aggregate; ACEC/MA will not publicly identify any individual firm. In addition to presenting the data, the DEI Forum will host a roundtable discussion in which firms will present their DEI initiatives and plans for 2022.
This meeting is open to employees of ACEC/MA Member Firms.
