This is a national Transportation Research Board (TRB) Conference, organized by MassDOT OTP. Registration is through TRB.
  • Transportation faces more disruption than ever: From Covid to extreme weather to future technologies, the transportation industry must respond to disruptions that seem to change each day.  Transportation professionals need to know how to respond on short notice, while operating staff must ensure service under strain.  
  • Scenario planning can help transportation agency leaders and consultants consider plans that can address disruptive change.  Agencies can be better prepared to respond especially if planners and operating staff incorporate scenario planning approaches into their everyday work.  
  • Join us for TRB’s Scenario Planning Conference this September 19-21!
 

The Scenario Planning Conference will focus on how your peers in transportation and leaders in other industries use scenario planning-- including a NASA astronaut and NFL hall-of-famer- to be ready to respond to an everchanging future.
