Emerging Leaders Class of 2023 and Instructors at Graduation, April 2023
Designed for engineers, architects, land surveyors, LSPs, geologists and other emerging leaders with approximately 8-15 years of experience, this highly rated seven-session program imparts specific skills and competencies identified by top ACEC/MA CEOs as critical for leadership success. Join us as we launch our 24th class.

Session Topics
All sessions will be held in person at the Conference Center at Waltham Woods (860 Winter St, Waltham), with the exception of April 2. The April 2 session will be held @ Aldrich Center at The Engineering Center in Boston.
Participants are limited to two attendees per firm; additional attendees may be placed on a waitlist. Cancellations must be received two business days before the event. No-shows will be charged.
Professional Development Hours: 26.5 PDHs
Emerging Leaders is providing professional development hours to meet certain continuing education requirements for licensure in some states. New York, Florida, Louisiana, North Carolina and Oklahoma require pre-approval of PDH sponsors. The Emerging Leaders program has not been pre-approved in those states.
Firms may apply for Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Grants for ACEC/MA's Emerging Leaders Program. The Employer must register and pay for an employee's registration through ACEC/MA and then submit an online application to the Express Grants program at least 21 days in advance of the desired training start date.
