The Quality, Compliance, and Oversight Office supports MBTA employees and contractors by providing the tools needed to succeed, including training, documentation, and support systems to implement the recommended actions presented by the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) findings contained in the Safety Management Inspection report.
