Request from MBTA to ACEC/MA consultant community:
Consultants working on MBTA Projects who are considered to be “key personnel” are required to participate in state conflict of interest law and ethics training within 30 days of executing a contract. MBTA is trying to get as many of these certificates in as possible by 8/31, but recognizes that it might take a few more days for you to get this done. It’s a 1 hour video.
Completed certificates can be sent directly to the MBTA at HRPolicy17@mbta.com.

If this link doesn’t work for you due to filters, go to mass.gov Search on Ethics Commission, then select: Complete the Online Training Program for State and County Employees – follow the directions from there.
NOTE: The training is designed with state employees in mind, so for the hire date enter a date that makes the most sense (perhaps a project start date). For other listed areas just select the most relevant option. Employee ID can be any numeric value of 4 or more digits.
