Engaging employees, while seemingly a catch phrase today, has been the goal of people managers for more years than most of us have been around. According to Gallup, less than 33% of employees are engage at work and disengaged employees cost the US economy over $400 billion. Levels of employee engagement are key drivers of retention, revenue, recruitment, and productivity. In this interactive presentation, John will provide a well-rounded overview of the keys to maximizing employee engagement in the workplace, illustrate the importance of first-line leaders to engagement, demonstrate the role of motivation in engagement, and provide tips and techniques that will help organizations develop an engaged culture.
