MassDOT Updates Design Justification Workbook
The Updated version of MassDOT’s Design Justification Workbook, dated 12/28/22, is now available for use on all applicable MassDOT Highway Division projects. Changes improve the functionality of the workbook and are summarized at the end of the Instructions tab in the workbook.
Designers should use the 12/28/22 version of the workbook for all new projects, effective immediately, and may use the new workbook for resubmissions of the workbook on active projects, as necessary. No changes to any design criteria were made.
