The MassDOT Highway Division issued updated versions of the following project development tools, dated January 2024:

They may be used immediately to develop the scope of work, workhour effort and budget for all new contract assignments and assignment amendments.
The updated versions reflect changes to the project development process that have been implemented over the past couple of years. The most significant changes were made to the pre-25% design process tasks in Section 100, Project Development Engineering, and to various tasks in Section 150, Environmental. For a detailed accounting of all the changes, refer to the Revision Notes for January 2024, located near the beginning of each document.
