ACEC/MA has been notified, as of 11/28/23, that the MassDOT Highway Division has issued the 2023 edition of its Stormwater Design Guide. This publication supersedes and replaces the Storm Water Handbook, issued in 2004. The Stormwater Design Guide should be used in the planning, design and permitting of stormwater management systems for MassDOT roadways, bridges and highway facilities.
