ACEC/MA Water, Energy, & Environment Committee (WEEC) is forming 3 Task Forces to collect member comments and submit them on behalf of ACEC/MA member firms by April 30, 2024.
MassDEP acknowledged the considerable interest in the proposed regulatory revisions for Wetlands (310 CMR 10.00), 401 Water Quality Certification (310 CMR 9.00), and Waterways (310 CMR 9.00) to address the Commonwealth’s pressing resilience challenges. To accommodate thorough stakeholder review, MassDEP has extended the public comment period from March 1 to April 30, 2024.

- MassDEP Waterways Regulations ACEC/MA Lead on our comments: Seth Lattrell, VHB
