This chart reflects a list of some of the most important bills of interest to our members for the 2023-2024 Massachusetts Legislative Session. Formal session ended on July 31, 2024. Some of these bills have been signed into law in August and September, A few other bills may be passed by the legislature in a special formal session or during informal session, which ends in early January 2025. They would then go to Governor Healey's desk for her signature. (Updated 10/23/24)
