Join the ACEC/MA Rising Professionals Committee

ACEC/MA Rising Professionals Committee Sign Up

ACEC/MA's Rising Professionals Committee geared towards staff in our member firms who are age 35 and under. To sign up, you should be 35 or less as of December 31, 2024 and employed by an ACEC/MA Member Firm. Our Kick-off event was on September 25, 2024, but we are planning future events.

The Rising Professionals Committee goals are:

  • Education
  • Networking and Fellowship
  • Exposure to Peers and Senior Leaders
  • Career Development
  • Awareness and Advocacy Related to the Massachusetts Legislature
  • Developing the Next Generation of ACEC/MA Leaders

This Committee is currently in the planning stage, with an anticipated launch date of mid-summer 2024.

We will be in touch with you about our initial meeting. 

Possible upcoming events include:

  • Site visits such as a tour of an Engineering Excellence Award-winning project
  • Session on public speaking
  • Speed networking
  • Session on working towards obtaining a Professional Engineering license
  • Sustainability focused event
  • Volunteering event
