ACEC/MA is joining with a number of other business organizations from around the state, including the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Mass. Business Roundtable, AIM, Mass Taxpayers Foundation, 1Berkshire, and the Worcester, Cape Cod, North Shore and South Shore Chambers, among others, to develop shared priorities concerning the state’s transportation infrastructure. Recognizing transportation as the backbone of our economy, and the importance of understanding the impact on housing, climate change, congestion alleviation and statewide economic development and job growth when making critical transportation capital investments, the coalition is seeking an increased sense of urgency to implement transportation solutions. ACEC/MA will keep members apprised of this important work in the months ahead.
