On October 25, 2023, ACEC/MA's Leadership Education Committee held a reunion for Alumni of our Odyssey and Emerging Leaders classes at HDR's Boston office. Over 20 Alumni gathered for the reception and discussions.
Led by Leadership Education Co-Chair Joanne Linowes with additional help from committee members Mary Loden, Peter Delano, Wing Wong and Margo Armstrong, alumni discussed how the differing perspectives of generations ranging from Baby Boomers to Generation Z affect corporate culture and decision-making in firms about technology, training, workplace design, lifestyle-workstyle, budget priorities, and communications.
