Submissions Due November 2, 2015
After submitting your entry form, use the Submission Checklist to prepare your full and final project submission which is due November 2, 2015. You may also wish to attend the Submission Assistance Day (October 20, 2015) for help before submitting your project.
Eligibility
- Any engineering or surveying firm is eligible to enter the awards program, even if the firm is not an ACEC member.
- Projects entered in the competition may have been executed anywhere in the world.
- Projects must have been substantially completed and ready for use between November 1, 2013 and October 31, 2015.
- Firms must obtain endorsement/release from the client/owner to enter.
- A firm may submit multiple entries.
How to Submit an Entry
- A completed entry form and fee must be received at The Engineering Center by 5:00 PM on October 5, 2015.
- Submit a copy of the completed entry form pdf with full submittal.
- Entrants will use the submissions/checklist to follow for full submittal. Email Elizabeth Tyminski if you need assistance.

- Submissions due: November 2, 2015
- Presentation to judges (finalists only): December 9, 2015
- Engineering Excellence & Awards Gala Royal Sonesta, Cambridge, MA: March 16, 2016
Entry Fee
All forms must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee.
- Member firm: $500
- Small firm (under 30), Member: $175
- Non-member firm: $750
- Small firm, Non-member: $350
Other
- The five finalists at the state level and the five Silver Award Winners for ACEC/MA are eligible to submit to the ACEC national competition.
- Participation at the national level is optional. See www.acec.org for details.
