The ACEC/MA Human Resources Forum brings together Human Resources staff from member firms as well as representatives from member firms without dedicated Human Resources staff in regular meetings to discuss and share best practices in all areas of Human Resources, including benefits & compensation, recruiting, training and development, employment and legal issues. Forum members share experiences and data with each other through regular polls and surveys.
The Human Resources Forum has co-chairs who chair and lead Forum meetings. Agendas for meetings are developed by the co-chairs with input from the forum members during and between meetings. All forum members are volunteer representatives from ACEC/MA member firms. Additional participants from member firms are always welcome.
Between September and May, the ACEC/MA Human Resources Forum typically meets every other month at member firm locations. During the months of June, July and August, the forum meets on an as-needed basis. Forum meetings are listed on the ACEC/MA calendar.
